To schedule your FREE In-Person CoolSculpting® Consultation, select a day from the calendar, then select the time you would like to come in to EMBODYMENT. Your FREE consultation will last about 45 minutes and you’ll be able to ask any questions you might have. EMBODYMENT will discover what your goals are and develop a treatment plan that is specifically designed for you.
During the booking process, you are automatically signed up for email/text reminders, so you don’t miss your appointment. Prior to your consultation, you will receive a text message to confirm your attendance. Due to high demand for Free Consultations, without confirmation to the “reminder text message,” we cannot hold your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call/email us or you can do this online. If a consultation is rescheduled/canceled with less than 12hrs notice more than two times or “no show” one time; we will charge our normal consultation fee of $150.00 at your rescheduled appointment.
Please know that sometimes we are tending to patients during a consultation, which means we may need to step out of your appointment for 10 minutes to do so.
